Day 2 Delhi -Agra
End your visits of Delhi and drive to Agra, in a comfortable A/C car.Agra the city of the inimitable Taj Mahal, marble marvel , the ultimate requiem of love, from a great Mughal Emperor to his beloved situated on the bank of Yamuna river. The city which has served as a cantonment to Mughal, British and Indian Army. Visit Taj Mahal at sunset. Night in Agra.

Day 3 Agra - Jaipur
Early morning wake up call to return to Taj Mahal and enjoy the magic of sunrise over this magnificent monument dedicated to love. Visit other sites of interest of your choice in Agra. After lunch, transfer to Jaipur and visit Fatehpur Sikri- -built during the second half of the 16th century by the Emperor Akbar. (the City of Victory),the ghost city was the capital of the Mughal Empire The complex of monuments and temples, all in a uniform architectural style, includes one of the largest mosques in India, the Jama Masjid. Night in Jaipur.
Day 4 Jaipur
Sightseeing in Jaipur the Ancient Testimonials in the form of mind-blowing monuments remind one of the past ages. The city comprises the famous structures like Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Amber Fort, the best architectural examples of India. Artistic temples and gardens of Jaipur, marks the atmosphere of serenity and aestheticism to the lands of Rajasthan.Take an Elephant ride at Amer Fort. Night in Jaipur.

Day 6 Delhi
Finish your visits of Delhi with the Qutub Minar, Humayun's tumb, Lodi gardens, or Lotus Temple and catch a flight to Kathmandu.Night in Kathmandu.

Day 7 Kathmandu
The capital of the Himalayan kingdom. Day 8 lalitpur
Catch a very early mountain flight to see magestic Mount Everest. Visit Patan the ancient Lalitpur and proceed to Bhaktapur formerly known as Bagdaon. You will witness the heart of the former kingdoms of Nepal with the many temples, pagodas and public meeting spaces. In time for sunset, drive to Nagarkhot. Night in Nagarkhot.
Day 9- kathmandu-Delhi
Get up early to see the snow covered Himalayas catch the colors of the morning sky. After a late breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu to see the largest stupa and the Tibetan life that surrounds it.Catch your flight to your next destination.
This Itinerary can be extended to Pokhara
Pokhara(900m) is a beautiful valley with a panoramic view of Annapurna and Machapuchare (shape of fish tail) in the north and Dhaulagiri in the west and, Lamjung himal and Manaslu in the east. Machapuchare is just 28 km from your hotel! It looms large infront of you. Pokhara has several lakes; among them Phewa Tal (lake) is a major attraction. for a closer look at mountains with one or more days of trekking.
Note that Taj Mahal is closed on Friday. This may change direction of above itinerary to Delhi, Jaipur and then Agra. |
